Delighted to announce our second round funding from UK Steel Enterprise (UKSE) to help further our international expansion. This coincides with our biggest trial to date in the US, where the device will be piloted on a complete, self-contained network. Installed on more than 40 individual pumps feeding a single treatment works, this trial will enable Clearwater to gather data for an entire network of pumping stations.

The DERAGGER features in this month’s WE&T magazine, published by the Water Environment Federation. It includes a case study on how we ended ragging and brought $500 per month energy savings to our customer in Half Moon Bay, California. Overall savings are estimated at $14,820 in year 1, bringing a very quick return on investment.

A study released yesterday has found wipes responsible for 90% of blockages in the UK and this costs the country £100m. Our DERAGGER+ stops pumps from blocking, and allows rags to pass through to screens to be removed safely.
